This new issue of our Electronic Bulletin gives us the change to fluently communicate with institutions and individuals who are strongly involved, o interested, in community actions centred on the defence of the rights of the people who suffer due to their mental and behavioural difficulties. Thus, we have the chance to spread the news about initiatives which deserve to be widely known.

Moreover, in the centre of the Bulletin you will find detailed information both about the Celebration of the World Mental Health Day, organized by the WFMH, whose central theme is "Building Awareness - Reducing Risks: Suicide and Mental Illness" as well as about the organization of the IX World Congress of the World Association of Psychosocial Rehabilitation.

We are also specially recommending the upcoming XXII Argentine Congress of Psychiatry, organized by the Association of Argentinean Psychiatrists (APSA), whose central theme is "Violence: Answers from Psychiatry and Mental Health".
We are also inviting all the attendants to the Symposium organized by Contener Foundation, which will take place on Friday, April 28th, from 2 to 3 pm, Room Velez Sarsfield B, Sheraton Hotel, Mar del Plata.

Furthermore, we are also reporting on our participation in two recent Scientific- Professional Forums and we are presenting an interesting Educational Proposal.
